Liberated Heart Therapy

Therapy to unlearn harmful narratives, heal shame, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself
You deserve a space where you feel seen, supported, and safe to explore who you are—beyond the limiting stories you've been told or internalized. I work with individuals navigating trauma, body shame, chronic dieting, identity exploration, and the impacts of systemic oppression, including diet culture and fatphobia. Together, we’ll gently examine the beliefs and patterns shaping your life and begin to co-create more expansive, compassionate narratives.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I draw from relational, narrative, and parts work frameworks to support clients in exploring the many aspects of themselves with compassion and clarity. I also integrate self-compassion tools and practices to help build resilience, reduce shame, and support emotional regulation—especially when navigating difficult internal experiences.
I’m especially passionate about supporting folks in unlearning body shame and healing their relationships with food and body. My work is rooted in the principles of Health at Every Size (HAES) and fat liberation, and informed by my own journey of un/learning within systems that perpetuate weight stigma and disconnection from self.
Whether you're working through trauma, exploring your identity, or seeking a more peaceful relationship with your body and mind, I offer a space that is nonjudgmental, attuned, and deeply respectful of your lived experience.
